Pet deposits are nonrefundable. A deposit of $150 is required for one pet and $300 for two pets. Monthly pet rent is $15 for one pet and $30 for two pets. Each apartment home may have up to two pets, limited to dogs and cats only. Maximum weight per pet is 35 lbs. Breed restrictions apply as outlined in the Pet Addendum.
